- No video, audio or cameras with detachable lenses (maximum 6 inches). The camera policy is subject to change depending on each show’s individual policy.
- Reselling of tickets at any price on the premises is prohibited.
- Cowbells are allowed into the building for hockey games only.
- No laptops, backpacks, briefcases, large bags, wrapped gifts, coolers, weapons, drums or laser pointers.
- No confetti or streamers.
- Purses and diaper bags are permitted. Permitted bags will be searched.
- Umbrellas are allowed into the building. (Exceptions to this rule may be made based on type of event or promoter request.)
- There is no check-in area for any prohibited item.
- All vehicles and patrons are subject to search upon entry into parking lots and building entrances.
- No outside food or beverages. (The only exceptions are for medical reasons or baby food.)
- No alcohol in the parking lots.
- No open flame barbeques in the parking lots.
- Children 2 years of age and older must have a ticket for admittance.
- Signs are allowed as long as they are not derogatory, obscene, do not block the view of other guests and are not attached to a pole. (The sign policy is subject to change depending on each show’s individual policy.) Signage cannot be hung off of any walls or guardrails.
- No strollers. (The only exception is if the guest has a ticket to a suite. In this case, the guest must take the stroller through the South East, North East or South West private entrance, fold up the stroller and carry it into the suite.
- No smoking. Guests who wish to leave the building to smoke and re-enter must have their ticket scanned out before exiting any main entrance Pass Gate door (South Entrance, North Entrance or East Entrance only). Tickets must be scanned in again for re-entry back into the building.
- Club Level guests who wish to leave the Club level and then re-enter must receive a Club Level wristband and have their marked ticket in their possession.
- Guests must have a Suite or Club Seat ticket for admittance onto the Club Level. The only exceptions are special invitation parties & meetings with valid passes. (Other examples: Old #7 Club Pass, event specific pass, Glass Seat Holder pass with ticket)
- Due to the numerous announcement requests we receive each event, Honda Center will not be able to make public address announcements on behalf of patrons. We will do what is possible if it is of an emergency status. Emergency announcements should be directed to Section 210 at the Ducks Fan Zone/Guest Services Desk.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, Honda Center personnel have been instructed and trained to assist you in evacuating the premises.
