CORPORATE SALES MANAGER
Summary: Reporting to the Director of Corporate Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for selling sponsorships for Honda Center events that incorporate all Honda Center and third party promoter-controlled advertising elements including but not limited to; event specific signage, television, radio and print inventory, promotions, ticket packages and ticket promotions, suites, hospitality and regional promotion rights. The Sales Manager will plan and create sales proposals meeting potential client goals and objectives, create compelling sales presentations, and follow-up and implement potential sponsorships. This position is also responsible for the creation of the departmental “Deal Sheet” for each sponsorship sold and assist with the issuance of contract and collection of amounts owed by each respective account. The Sales Manager participates in the creation of sales presentations and sales collateral material and research needed for each proposal.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for selling all Honda Center controlled event specific sponsorship elements (i.e., John Wooden Classic, Globe Trotters, Boxing, etc.) consistently meeting quarterly sales goals
• Continuously generate and uncover potential clients and sales leads
• Create custom packages specific to event demographics and present to a targeted prospect base
• Conduct client meetings resulting in a complete understanding of clients goals and objectives
• Develop sales proposals that meet the needs of potential client while fulfilling the goals and objectives of the Honda Center
• In conjunction with the Servicing Team, ensure all agreed upon contractual elements are implemented and documented, meeting and exceeding client expectations
• Responsible for the contract administration of sponsorship deals including issuing contract, ensuring contract is fully executed and on file

Specific Qualifications/Abilities:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the arena, sports and/or entertainment field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship programs
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends frequently
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel in an organization
• Ability to multi-task and shift responsibilities in an organized fashion
• Ability to effectively present yourself and product both internally and externally
• Ability to develop and present effective sales presentations using PowerPoint application
• Proven ability to prospect/source sales leads
• Ability to effectively cold call potential clients
• Possess a “Rolodex” of sales leads

WARDROBE ATTENDANT (Part Time)
Must be available days, weekends and some holidays. Will be responsible for stocking and distributing employee uniforms at events. Should have basic sewing skills and be familiar with operating a sewing machine.
Wages: $8.00 per hour
Schedule: Mainly nights and weekends

CONCESSION STAND LEADER
Responsibilities: Accuracy of cash and inventory counts before, during and after events. Maintaining arena food service standards while ensuring speed and quality of service to guest. Accuracy of payroll hours of stand personnel and ensuring that breaks are given according to the collective bargaining agreement. Maintaining stand appearance and presentation.
Qualifications: Must have knowledge and at least six months of experience in a supervisory capacity related to food service. Knowledge in food handling and food sanitation. Must be able to work any assigned shifts and demonstrate knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Schedule: Flexible, mainly nights and weekends
Wages: $9.50 an hour
