Information for Guests with Disabilities

We have accommodations to help all guests enjoy their visit to Honda Center.

Honda Center has been designed with your needs in mind. Our goal is to provide every guest with a completely accessible environment to enjoy world class entertainment. We are committed to providing you and your companions with a barrier free atmosphere that is easy to use.

PARKING
The disabled parking sections are located directly in front of the south entrance that faces Katella Avenue and the east entrance that faces the Santa Ana riverbed (in front of the Box Office). To be admitted into the parking areas vehicles must display a current window pass or license plate. Parking spaces fill quickly, please arrive early.

SEATING
Wheelchair accessible seating is available in most areas of Honda Center including: Please see the seating chart below for specific locations. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating configuration. For availability and exact locations based on a particular event, please contact the Honda Center box office at (714) 704-2500 or Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000.

GUESTS WITH SERVICE ANIMALS
Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside Honda Center.

HEARING IMPAIRED GUESTS
Assistive listening devices are available, with a picture ID as a deposit, at the Guest Services Desk located at Section 213.

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS
Honda Center can provide sign language interpreting services. Request must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event you are attending. For details, please call (714) 704-2431 or (714) 704-2441.

FACILITIES
Restrooms: All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. There are signs throughout each concourse that will direct you to a restroom.

Drinking Fountains: All drinking fountains are wheelchair accessible. If you wish, you may obtain a coutesy cup from any concession stand at your convenience.

FIRST AID
First Aid is staffed by EMT and is located on the Plaza Level across from section 216.
