For all events at Honda Center, bags and purses can be no larger than 5 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. to be permitted and are subject to manual inspection - this includes clear bags. All other purses/bags/clutches will not be allowed into the venue. Backpacks of any size are not permitted.
Honda Center does not offer a bag check.
Guests who require a diaper bag or purse/bag for medical items, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, are permitted to bring a bag no larger than 12 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. These medical and diaper bags must undergo additional screening and inspection.

Ducks birthday messages are available for $30. All proceeds benefit the Anaheim Ducks Foundation. We require at least 48 hours (business days) notice for a birthday message. Messages run during the first intermission of the game and can be seen only on the screens at each end of the arena.

Video, audio, and cameras with lenses longer than six inches are prohibited inside the arena. Detachable lenses, regardless of size, are not permitted. The camera policy is subject to change dependent upon the event promoters’ requirements for each event. Binoculars are allowed. Camera bags are not allowed.
For most events, the doors of the arena will open 1.5 hours prior to the start time of the event. For Disney on Ice, it is one hour.
Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Club is a private restaurant and bar located on the exclusive Premium Level. This establishment is available to Club & Suite Holders along with the Ducks Glass Seat Holders only. If you are interested in making a reservation please email the restaurant manager at JDClub@hondacenter.com.
Guests with a disability who are assisted by a service dog may bring the service dog as permitted by the ADA. Guests who require assistance from his or her service dog while at the Honda Center are encouraged to contact accessibilityservices@hondacenter.com in advance to confirm seating locations or seat relocations.
Signs are allowed as long as they are not derogatory, obscene, do not block the view of other guests and are not attached to a pole of any kind. As a general rule, the size limit of signs is 26” x 30” (The sign policy is subject to change depending on each show’s individual policy).
GA ticket holders are able to arrive at Honda Center to obtain sequentially numbered wristbands at noon the day of the show in Lot 2. For the complete general admission policy, see Honda Center General Building Policies.
Honda Center provides wheelchair-accessible and companion seating on each level of the arena, including the floor when the event offers floor seats. Guests who require wheelchair-accessible and companion seating are encouraged to purchase wheelchair-accessible tickets as soon as possible. Honda Center reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against guests who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seats. Requests by guests with a disability who have tickets to non-wheelchair-accessible seats to relocate to wheelchair-accessible seating locations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Event-day relocations to wheelchair-accessible seats are not guaranteed.

The safest way to pick up a guest at Honda Center can be found by entering the parking lot via Douglass Road/Stanley Cup Way. Pull forward to the parking booths and enter the parking lot. Locate an empty parking stall and either meet your guest at the parking stall or meet them at a designated pick up location and walk back to your vehicle. Please note that all of the curbs surrounding Honda Center are designated as fire lanes. No parking or stopping is allowed.
On an exception basis, drivers who are picking up or dropping off guests with disabilities may pick up or drop off the guest at curb ramps that are immediately adjacent to the building but the guest must be present while the vehicle is stopped at such ramps.
The safest way to drop off a guest at Honda Center can be found by entering the parking lot via Douglass Road/Stanley Cup Way. Pull forward to the Gate 3 parking booths and let the cashier know you would like to drop off your guest. The cashier will allow you to purchase a “Refund” parking ticket. The purchase of this ticket provides you with 30 minutes to drop off your guest. The unloading zone is located on the South side of Honda Center adjacent to the South Entrance. Please note that all of the curbs surrounding Honda Center are designated as Fire Lanes. No Parking or Stopping is allowed. You will be completely refunded your entire parking fee at the “Refund Gate” provided you exit the parking lot within the 30 minute limit.
Tailgating and alcohol are prohibited in the Honda Center parking lot.
Our main gate (Gate 3) is usually open three hours prior to the doors of the arena opening. For most events, all parking gates will be open one hour prior to the doors of the arena opening. The main gate (Gate 3) is always open for the Box Office and Ducks Team Store.
Drop-off: Guests using rideshare services and taxis must be dropped off at the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) at 2626 E. Katella Avenue, Anaheim 92806. Drivers must access Douglass Road from Katella Ave. and follow traffic control officer instructions.
Pick-up: The designated pick-up is located across Katella Ave. at the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) at 2626 E. Katella Avenue, Anaheim 92806. Guests will exit Honda Center, walk the designated sidewalk towards Katella Ave., and follow traffic control officer instructions to the pick-up location.
Accessible stalls are located in each Honda Center parking lot as shown on the map below. Only guests who display a disability placard or a disability license plate will be permitted to parked Accessible parking stalls. Honda Center honors current disability plates and placards issued by all 50 States, the District of Columbia, and all Canadian Provinces. Guests should display his or her placard upon entry through parking booths and as the vehicle travels to and remains parked in an accessible stall. Accessible parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
